### 1. Is it possible to support CVBS video door phone?

**A:** Yes! Our system can work with 1 AHD call panel, 1 CVBS call panel, 1 AHD camera, and 1 CVBS panel.

 

### 2. Do you have motion detection for the video intercom?

**A:** Yes! Motion detection is enabled through software, eliminating the need to connect with a PIR sensor. It can detect motion from either 1 call panel or 2 cameras.

 

### 3. How to play music or movies on the indoor monitor?

**A:** You can play music or movies by downloading them from your computer, copying them to an SD card, and then inserting the SD card into the monitor to play.

 

### 4. What is a voice message?

**A:** A voice message is a feature that allows your call panel to automatically prompt visitors to leave a message when you are not at home. After 30 or 120 seconds, it will say, "Please leave a message," enabling you to check who visited and at what time when you return.

 

### 5. How does call transfer work with the video doorbell?

**A:** Our system supports connecting up to 6 indoor monitors. When a visitor presses the call panel, one monitor can answer the call. If the visitor is looking for someone in another room (e.g., Mom at monitor No. 5), the answering monitor can transfer the call to her.
